WoW Forever error codes: WOW51900319, error 134 and what to try

On launch night, try waiting first. If lots of people are getting the same error at the same time, the problem is on Blizzard's side, and nothing on your PC will fix it. Check Blizzard's status channels, then come back to the steps below.

We wrote this before WoW Forever opened, so none of it has been tested on the live game yet. These errors come from WoW in general. We'll update this page after launch.

WOW51900319: disconnected from the server

This means your connection to the server dropped. Blizzard lists it as a common problem. It tends to show up when servers are overloaded, so expect to see it around launch.

If it keeps happening once things have calmed down, try these in order:

1. Restart your router and modem.
2. Turn off any VPN or proxy.
3. Use Scan and Repair in the Battle.net app.
4. Turn off your add-ons for one login, in case one of them is the cause.

Error 134: fatal condition

This is a crash, and on WoW it usually points to a file the game can't read or write. Try these:

1. Close the game and the Battle.net app, then start the app again as an administrator.
2. Use Scan and Repair.
3. Check that your antivirus isn't blocking the game folder.
4. Rename the Cache folder inside your _forever_ folder. The game makes a new one when it starts.

Stuck on the character list or the login screen

• Wait a few minutes and try again. Don't keep restarting the client on a busy night.
• Check that you have an active subscription or game time on that WoW account. Forever needs one.
• Make sure World of Warcraft: Forever is selected in the Battle.net app's version menu.

Disconnected from the queue

Blizzard hasn't said how login queues will work on a realmless setup, and we don't know the wait times. If you drop out of a queue, you may have to join again from the back, so a steady connection is worth more than quick restarts.

An error we haven't listed

We won't guess at codes we can't back up. Search the Technical Support forum for the exact code, or tell other players what fixed it for you in our forum.
