Sap your focus target

Set /focus on the target you want to keep sapped.

Feint without losing target

#showtooltip Feint

Distract at your cursor

/cast [@cursor] Distract

Use top trinket on the same keyAny class

Slots 13 and 14 are the trinket slots; no spell names needed.

Target the nearest enemy and attackMelee

/targetenemy [noharm][dead]
/startattack

Picks a new target only when you have none, then starts auto-attack.

Assist the tankAny class

Set the tank as focus first (/focus on the tank).

How to add one: type /macro in chat, click New, paste, pick an icon (or leave the question mark: #showtooltip fills it in), then drag it to your bar.
