Every change Blizzard listed
- Level 40: Frostfire Bolt is new: a 3-second cast that counts as Fire and Frost, leaves a damage-over-time effect and slows the target.
- Comprehension is a new minor tradeskill for reading scrolls that drop from enemies.
- Cone of Cold's slow is shorter. Mage Armor gives more Spirit-based mana regeneration.
- Arcane Blast and Ice Lance are 11-point talents. Missile Barrage (Arcane), Heating Up (Fire) and Fingers of Frost (Frost) are new.
