Every line below comes from Blizzard's Forever class posts (beta). Numbers can still move before launch; each class page shows the source and date.

Warrior

  • Level 14: Tactical Mastery is baseline: you keep 10 Rage when you change stance.
  • Level 20: Victory Rush is new: an instant strike after you kill a worthwhile enemy that heals you for 10% of your maximum health (30 s cooldown).
  • Rage from taking damage ignores armor and absorbs. Rage from hitting scales with weapon speed, and critical hits give 75% more Rage.
  • Recklessness, Retaliation and Shield Wall no longer share a cooldown. Retaliation and Shield Wall are on 15-minute cooldowns.

Paladin

  • Level 6: Holy Strike is new: an instant melee strike that deals Holy damage.
  • Level 10: Seal of Fury is new: a tanking seal that adds Holy damage to each swing, gives an absorb shield and makes Judgement taunt from 10 yards.
  • Judgement no longer uses up your active Seal.
  • Salvation is no longer a Blessing, so it stacks with one. Blessing of Kings is baseline.

Hunter

  • Level 20: Aimed Shot is baseline for every Hunter.
  • Traps can be used in combat (30-second cooldown, separate cooldowns for Frost and Fire traps). They are still placed at your feet.
  • Pets scale with your gear and no longer take player stat buffs.

Rogue

  • Every poison has more charges, and poisons can sit on a weapon together with sharpening stones or weightstones.
  • Sap no longer breaks your stealth.

Priest

  • Level 20: Fear Ward and Devouring Plague are baseline for every Priest, whatever the race.
  • Level 30: Divine Spirit is baseline.
  • Fade drops twice as much threat. Prayer of Healing also heals party pets.
  • Several Priests can keep their own Renew on the same target.

Shaman

  • Level 20: Call of the Elements: save a set of four totems and drop them all with one 3-second cast. Totemic Recall picks them back up.
  • Level 22: Totemic Projection moves all your totems to a spot within 30 yards.
  • Totems use a 1-second global cooldown. Buff totems last 5 minutes. Windfury and Flametongue totems are party buffs, not weapon enchants.
  • Weapon imbues last 60 minutes and stack with sharpening stones. Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning cast faster but hit a little lighter.

Mage

  • Level 40: Frostfire Bolt is new: a 3-second cast that counts as Fire and Frost, leaves a damage-over-time effect and slows the target.
  • Comprehension is a new minor tradeskill for reading scrolls that drop from enemies.
  • Cone of Cold's slow is shorter. Mage Armor gives more Spirit-based mana regeneration.

Warlock

  • Curse of Agony and Curse of Doom become Banes. Each Warlock can keep only one Bane on a target.
  • Curse of the Elements covers all magic damage. Curse of Shadows is removed.

Druid

  • Level 10: Nature's Grasp is baseline.
  • Level 12: Revive is new: an out-of-combat resurrection.
  • Most potions, weapon enchants, procs and racial abilities work in animal forms without breaking them.
  • Improved Mark of the Wild is baseline. Tiger's Fury is replaced by the talent Shifting Power.

Talent trees for all classes: first point at 10, milestone talents at 11, 16, 21 and 31 points (16 is new), dual spec at 40. More: the talent calculator.
